Provision at Melissa

One hundred and twenty apartments in Melissa, north of Dallas, 2017 to 2018, at $12,400,000. RGC as general contractor.

It was one of two RGC jobs in the same small town at the same time. Provision at Melissa is conventional multifamily; Gala at Melissa, ninety-three senior units at $11,400,000, ran on the same calendar. Two hundred and thirteen units and $23,800,000 of construction inside one town's limits, sharing a labour pool, a materials supply and a set of inspectors.

The frames are sixteen days apart in the early spring of 2018: a telehandler lifting roof trusses under an overcast sky on the nineteenth of February, and lumber packs staged along the drive with the second floor still open on the seventh of March. The finished elevation, two stories in stone and brick, is the frame that leads.
