Its sibling is Provision at Melissa: one hundred and twenty conventional units, same town, same years, same contractor. Running a senior community and a conventional community concurrently in a town of Melissa's size means one crew rotation, one delivery schedule and one relationship with the local building department carrying both. It is the closest thing in the record to operating a market rather than visiting one.

One photograph survives the rights ledger, from the ninth of May 2018: framing and green sheathing across the site with a boom lift and a telehandler working between the buildings. It is the shape of the whole Gardner run in a single frame, several buildings up at once and the trades moving between them.
